Glamp + Camp Rules
Campfires
We are perpetually under a burn ban, however contained wood fires are acceptable. A fire pit is provided right outside the tent. You may scavenge wood from around the campsite (which is sparse - as it is the desert) . We suggest you purchase wood in the area on your way out.
Pets
No pets allowed if you book a glamping site.
Pets are allowed on leash at our primitive campsites.
Do not leave your pet unattended for any amount of time, and they must be leashed at all times. The desert is full of things that will poke you, sting you and bite you, so please keep that in mind when deciding to bring your pet. In addition, pets are not allowed on the trails at the National Park, however the State Park does allow animals.
Trash
Please pack it out. We do not have trash pick up, dumpsters, or a way to dispose of your trash on site.
Cooking
You are welcome to bring an outdoor propane or charcoal grill. Cooking is not allowed in the glamping tent however. There is a charcoal grill for rent as an add on when you check out (provide your own charcoal).
Please stay on our property
The glamping site is located at the Southwest corner of the property and is bordered by a fence line. Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not cross the fence line. You are welcome to explore our property to your heart's content, just see us for info on the rest of our property boundary lines.
International Dark Skies Program
No bright lights or loud music after 10pm. Ramblers Ranch is located in the International Dark Skies region, where we have very little light pollution. We want all our guests to have a serene experience. Keep your lights off and you are likely to see the Milky Way!
Guns & Weapons
Discharging of firearms or weapons is prohibited at Ramblers Ranch.
Politics
Leave your politics at the dirt road.
